Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please email us at info@chb-communications.co.uk explaining the reason for return, and our team will help to find the appropriate resolution.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned.

If the products in your order are in stock, we will dispatch them by the next working day and you should receive them within 2-3 days from order. If items are not in stock, we aim to dispatch as soon as possible, usually 1-3 weeks, depending on the product.

We offer free basic shipping on orders over £25.00. This will usually be delivered within 48 hours from dispatch. Orders under £25.00 will be charged £2.99 at checkout.
